Who we are

Wet Nose Waggy Tail provides dog walking and pet care across Coventry and Warwickshire, together with its franchisees. Our registered address is Union House, 111 New Union Street, Coventry, CV1 2NT. For anything about your personal information, email info@wetnosewaggytail.co.uk or call 02476 012990.

What we collect

When you contact us or use our services, we collect the details needed to care for your pet: your name, address, phone number and email, your pet's details and care needs, your vet's details, emergency contacts, and how we access your home. If you apply to work with us or to become a franchisee, we collect the information in your application.

How we use it

We use your information to provide and arrange our services, keep your pet safe, contact you about bookings, send invoices, and meet our legal and insurance obligations. We rely on our contract with you, our legitimate interests in running our business, and legal obligations. We never sell your information.

Who we share it with

Your details are shared only with the franchise owner and team members who look after your pet, and with your vet in an emergency. We may share information where the law requires it.

How long we keep it

We keep customer records while you use our services and for up to six years afterwards for accounting and insurance purposes. Job and franchise applications are kept for up to three years.

Photos

We take lots of photos of the pets in our care. We send them to you on WhatsApp so you can see how your pet is getting on, and we love sharing some of them on our Facebook page. Occasionally a photo may be taken inside your home, for example on cat visits or when we keep dogs cool indoors on hot days. If you'd rather we didn't share photos of your pet or your home, just let us know, and we're always happy to remove any photo you're not comfortable with.
