Dog walking & visits

Our one hour walks are our most popular service. Before we take your dog out, we offer a free consultation to learn all about them, their quirks and any medical needs, so we know how to keep their tail wagging. The walker who comes to meet you is the person who will look after your dog, and we only swap walkers to cover holidays, after talking to you first.

Group walks 30 or 60 minutes

We walk a maximum of four dogs at a time, so every dog gets the attention it needs. We match dogs by temperament and energy, so smaller dogs never feel overwhelmed, though it's not unusual to see us out with a Great Dane and a Chihuahua! Walks are in local fields, parks and woodland. Dogs only go off lead with your permission, and once we've built a bond with them.

One to one walks 30 or 60 minutes

Ideal for nervous dogs, dogs recovering from injury, or older dogs who just want to stretch their legs, sniff some grass and have a gentle wander. Available before 10.30am or after 2.30pm.

Puppy visits 30 or 60 minutes

Puppies are adorable but need lots of love and attention. While you're at work we'll pop in to keep their routine going: a trip into the garden for the toilet, clearing up any accidents, changing bedding if needed, and most importantly plenty of playtime and cuddles so they don't miss you too much.

Dog visits 30 or 60 minutes

For older dogs, or dogs recovering from illness, who don't want to walk far but would love some company. We'll give them a treat, any medication, a potter round the garden or the block, and lots of fuss.

Dog visits aren't suitable while you're on holiday. Dogs need company, so we don't offer visits as an alternative to home boarding.

Cats

Cat sitting & visits

Cats love their routine and their own surroundings, which is why catteries can be so stressful for them. Our cat sitting service keeps your cat or kitten purring at home while you're working or away. Before we start, we'll take full details of their likes, dislikes and any medical conditions.

Cat visits 30 or 60 minutes

We can visit up to three times a day to feed, let them in and out, change the litter tray, refresh their water and give them plenty of love and attention. We can also set up automatic feeders to cover one of their daily meals.

Rabbit sitting & small pet visits

We love small furries. Over the years we've owned and cared for rabbits, chinchillas, guinea pigs, degus, hamsters, rats, tortoises and even an African fat-tailed gecko, so we really understand small animals. From rabbits and guinea pigs to hedgehogs, lizards and giant snails, we'll take all their details first so we know exactly how to keep them happy.

Small animal visits 30 or 60 minutes

Staying at home keeps your pets stress-free and avoids the risk of illness from a strange environment. We can visit once or twice a day to feed, water, clean out and stroke them, and let them out to play if appropriate. We can look after animals on smallholdings too.

Keeping an eye on your home

If you'd like, we can also pick up your post, water your plants and open and close the curtains so your home looks lived in while you're away.
